Feminist representation in media has always seemed to be a topic of conflict. Characters that follow this trope
Basically: Feminism should not be portrayed as the rejection of femininity, as a villainous goal to overthrow men, or even the rejection of all things masculine. Rather, it should reflect an embracement of things that are unique to femininity, whomever it may belong to. It's damaging for growing men, women and nonbinary members of society to see these ideals reflected in film as being annoying or unintelligent.
