Lynchburg Charity to Host Steam Punk and Sci-fi Art Gallery for Homeless

This April, the WarmStreets Gallery will be hosting a sci-fi and steam punk-themed art exhibition at their Gallery 205 on Jefferson Street. Area artists interested in submitting their 2D or 3D work — anything relevant to the theme — for consideration are encouraged to send up to three digital images of said work to rick@warmstreets.org. A minimum $20 donation is required. All submissions are due by 5 p.m. on March 4. The gallery will be open to the public starting April 6 and ending on May 3. WarmStreets is a nonprofit organization that, according to the Southside Messenger, seeks to help “Lynchburg’s homeless through outreach and donations to such groups as The Daily Bread, Hand Up Lodge and Miriam’s House.”
