Defense? Who Needs Defense?

It was an offensive spectacle once again as the AFC defeated the NFC in the Pro Bowl 59-41 on Sunday. Miami Dolphins wide receiver Brandon Marshall caught four touchdowns, a Pro Bowl record, for the AFC. The game was once again played in Hawaii.

 

Tiger Finishes Third in 2012 Debut

Tiger Woods came up short on Sunday in his bid to capture his first official event win in over two years. Woods finished third in the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship, just behind winner Robert Rock and runner-up Rory McIlroy. It was the Englishman Rock's second win on the European Tour.

 

50th Rolex 24 at Daytona Doesn't Disappoint

Michael Shank Racing pulled off the victory in the marathon race in Daytona Beach, Fla. over the weekend. NASCAR driver AJ Allmendinger closed out the win driving the No. 60 Ford Riley for the final three-hour segment. IndyCar Series driver Justin Wilson and Grand-Am regulars Ozz Negri Jr. and John Pew also piloted the car during the 24-hour event. It was Shank's first win in the Rolex 24 as an owner. Shank was nearly in tears in Daytona's storied Victory Lane. "I am just grateful," he said.
