-Virginia Tech over Georgia Tech: I'll take the Hokies, although the Yellow Jackets will make it tough on them. Logan Thomas still has a lot of learning to do, but the Tech coaching staff has him ready to play on Saturday.
-Stanford over Oregon: Andrew Luck can play like a man possessed. Coupled with the supporting cast around him, that spells bad news for the Ducks.
-Detroit over Chicago: Though the Bears held off the Eagles on Monday night, the Lions are a lot tougher to hold down. Cutler wasn't sacked last week, but a visit from Suh will change that.
-NY Giants over San Francisco: The Giants' victory against the Pats quelled a lot of doubts. If New York holds it together as a team, they should have enough to beat Harbaugh and the resurgent 49ers.

-Georgia Tech over Virginia Tech: The unpredictable ACC make this game tough. Georgia Tech at home will be too much for the young Logan Thomas.
-Stanford over Oregon: It will be a close game, but Stanford has shown they can win the close games. Plus, Stanford is at home where Luck doesn't lose. Finally, Stanford wants to avenge their only loss of last season.
-Chicago over Detroit: Chicago at home will win this divisional game. Forte was a big part of the first game, but look for Chicago's special teams to win this game for them.
-San Francisco over NY Giants: Although New York is coming off of a huge win, they have to travel to the West Coast to face one of the most complete teams in the league. Either way, this is a matchup we might see again come playoff time.
Tim Pierson, Vice President of Student Affairs (20-12)
-Georgia Tech over Virginia Tech: No question this will be a good game. The Hokies struggled to get by Duke last week and the Yellow Jackets continue to improve. I smell an upset in the making in Atlanta!
-Stanford over Oregon: This will be a high scoring game and a fun one to watch and maybe the last team with the ball will win. Home field and Andrew Luck, the best quarterback in college football, who completes over 70 percent of his passes, should be enough for the Cardinals to take care of the Quack Attack!
-Detroit over Chicago: The Bears played the high flying Eagles on MNF with a short week to prepare. Meanwhile, the Silver Streak Lions are coming off a bye week. It spells a good week for Matthew Stafford and another loss for the Bears.
-San Francisco over NY Giants: After a big win over New England, one might be tempted to take the Giants, but I used to live on the West Coast and traveling across country still raises havoc with most people including football players, so I like the home field 49ers for that reason.
Guest: Matt McGregor, Associate Dean of Wellness and Campus Recreation (Guests: 21-11)
-Virginia Tech over Georgia Tech: The Hokies' defense will prove strong enough to slow down the Yellow Jackets, and just enough to leave Atlanta with the win.
-Stanford over Oregon: This is Andrew Luck's year.
-Chicago over Detroit: Soldier Field and too many slow starts for Detroit catch up to them. That is assuming Cutler doesn't give it or throw it away.
-San Francisco over NY Giants: San Fran shuts down the Giants, who show a little jet lag from the trip out west and the big win over New England
