Rotunda ReporterDana is Athelete of the Week for his oustanding performance on the basketball court during the 2009-2010 season. This past week Dana led his team against South Dakota by scoring 19 points with 9 rebounds.

Height:6'5"

Weight: 230 lbs

Year: Senior

Major: Business Management

Pregame Routine: "I make sure I fit in a nap before every game."

Career Aspirations: "I hope to play professionally either over seas or more ideally, in the states. After my basketball career, I hope to own my own bussiness.
Longwood Review: "I chose Longwood for the familial atmosphere. The ability to know all of my teachers is great, and the high expectations with regards to athetics is ideal for me. My coaches expect improvement every year, and this helps me excell."

Basketball Beginings: "I've actually only been playing since eighth grade. I kept playing because I felt consistant improvement."

Favorite Player: NBA player Carmelo Anthony for the Denver Nuggets

Balancing the schedule: "Although balancing athletics with academics is difficult, as long as you are organized and consider time management, it's not as hard as it seems.
