While there are numerous faculty and staff who worked hard to make Oktoberfest a success, and they should be commended for their efforts, any time I saw something related to the festivities I could not help but think of how much money was spent in the span of a week. (0) comments
What is Oktoberfest? Oktoberfest started as a German tradition and slowly grew into the Longwood community. I think that it is absolutely despicable how the students treat this momentous occasion. We have a week long of events and no one participates. Wouldn't it be awesome if we could all get together and celebrate spirit week? Next Spring Weekend or Oktoberfest, think about what I am saying and participate in the week-long celebration. (0) comments
