Q: By when should my advertisement be submitted?
A: Advertisements should be submitted by 5 p.m. the Friday before the scheduled publication date.
Q: How many newspapers does The Rotunda print?
A: 1,200-1,400 per week.
Q: Is The Rotunda online?
A: Yes; starting with our September 10 issue, The Rotunda will be launching a new Web site, www.therotundaonline.com. We are currently working on making print ads available online.
Q: Is The Rotunda only placed on campus?
A: No, The Rotunda is delivered to all off-campus Longwood housing, as well as several local businesses.
Q: Can my business have copies of The Rotunda delivered weekly?
A: If you become one of our regular advertisers, we will be more than happy to deliver up to 25 copies of The Rotunda to your business for customers each week.
Q: Will The Rotunda design an advertisement for me?
A: Yes. For an additional 10 percent of the price of the advertisement you wish to purchase, one of our staff members will meet with you to design the perfect advertisement for your needs.
Q: To whom do I make my payment?
A: Please make all checks payable to The Rotunda.
Q: If I need to mail in my advertisement, where would I send it?
A: We prefer to receive advertisements by email. If necessary, advertisements can be sent to The Rotunda’s mailing address.

A: All cancellations must be made prior to the advertising deadline. Advertisements cancelled after the deadline will be charged the full price of the ad.
