Just around the corner from Macado’s, there’s a little theater most in Farmville know. While it doesn’t have the glitz and glamour of a theater the size of an office building, Sunchase Cinema 8 has a special place in the hearts of many of Farmville’s residents.

It’s quaint with a laid back nature that invites casual conversation to emerge at every corner. It’s the kind of place where it’s easy to grab some popcorn before your movie and end up carrying on a conversation with whoever is working the concessions stand.

Sunchase’s location also makes it the perfect spot to catch dinner before or after your movie, since it's located right next to Musashi Asian Cuisine and Pizza World.

Nearby is the similarly named Sunchase apartments, meaning that anyone who lives there, or anyone who is staying at the Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn next door, are only a five- minute walk away from a movie!

It may not have massive IMAX screens or overly fancy concessions, but Sunchase Cinema 8 is a special part of Farmville.

When’s the last time you went to a movie theater where you knew the box office attendant, the ticket taker, the manager or all three?
